Semenggoh Wildlife Rehabilitation Center
Established in 1975, 24KM from Kuching, this centre is home to semi-wild orang-utan found either injured/orphaned in the forest, or rescued from captivity and trained to survive in the surrounding forest reserve. Watch the orang-utan that usually return to the centre at feeding time. (Sightings cannot be guaranteed as orang-utan are semi-will and free to roam).
